Technical Requirements The firm is looking for candidates with five to ten years of direct experience in business immigration. You must have a strong background in the following areas: Non-immigrant matters including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and E-3 visas. Immigrant matters including I-140 petitions for EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories. Adjustment of status applications. Experience in drafting PERM applications is considered a significant plus.
