We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Director to lead and manage our luxury spa facility in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all spa operations including treatment services, retail, and guest relations to ensure high standards of quality and service.
• Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase spa revenue and client base.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and spa industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and promote spa services.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations to keep the spa competitive and appealing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and retail operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and sales forecasting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Certification or degree in hospitality, business management, or related field preferred.
